Beautiful white cotton Victorian or Edwardian petticoat.  Lace trim at the bottom hem and a gorgeous pintucked tier all the way round. Would make a great boho skirt.

Great vintage condition.  There are no holes, though I did see some snags to the cotton. But not holes.  There are a few small dark grey spots across one small area, like some ink got splashed on it. Mostly hidden in the folds though.   The largest is maybe half a pea sized.  Oh and I just now spotted a pinhole in the midst of these, so I guess there is one tiny hole, lol .And it is missing the hook and eye at the waistband. Pried accordingly and as is. Still extremely wearable and sturdy. Structurally as sound as can be.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip. 

Waist: About 26"  . Theres no closure right now so you could shift it a bit to suit you.
Hip: loose
Waist to bottom hem: 37"
